Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late checkout is subject to availability a fee of $50.00 is payable, should the unit be available.
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Wi-Fi is available, charges apply.
Q: How often are the apartments serviced?
Apartments are serviced on the 8th day, our units are self catering, washing machines and clothes dryer in each apartment.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Linen is provided in each apartment. Beach towels are available for hire from Reception.
Q: Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes our swimming pool is heated.
Q: What facilities do you have?
We have a full size tennis court, rackets and balls are available from reception for hire ($2.50 per racket for 1 hour). Small games room with 8 ball table (charges apply) and a small free standing gym.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
After hours check-in is available. A code for our safe will be given once you ring to advise you will not be arriving in our office hours. Balance of your account we will be charged to your credit.
Q: Is there car parking available?
We have a secure car park available for each unit.
