Stay fit and active even while you are on holiday. Our Main Beach Accommodation has a large saltwater heated swimming pool. Swim a few laps at the start of the day, or unwind with a refreshing swim in the evening. Swimming is a good low impact exercise. Loose the unwanted pounds you may have gained during the trip by swimming.
We also have a full-sized tennis court. Play a game of doubles with your friends on our full sized tennis courts. Practice your swing, run around the court, and burn off excess fat. Tennis is an invigorating workout that is perfect for everyone.
If you would like to stay fit and active with a group of like-minded people, you may also join the Main Beach Parkrun. Held every Saturday from 7am onwards at Hollingdale Park, the Main Beach Parkrun brings joggers together. After all, it is more fun to run with a group.
The Main Beach Parkrun is absolutely free. You just have to show up and register if you are a first-timer. You can run at your own pace. Whether you are a casual jogger or an athlete, you can join the Main Beach Parkrun.
Hollingdale Park is just a few minutes away from our Main Beach Accommodation. You can meet new friends. Challenge one another to beat your own personal best times. You can also just go for a leisurely run. Enjoy the park and the greenery. Breathe in the crisp morning air and run as fast or as slow as you prefer.
Even though you are on holiday, you can still stay fit. Take advantage of our large saltwater heated swimming pool as well as our full-sized tennis court. Engage in sports activities that will burn excess calories, tone your arms and legs and boost your stamina. You could also join the Main Beach Parkrun and run with a group of enthusiastic joggers.
